How to Delete Your Account

At SEVİYO, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the app:

  1. Open the SEVİYO app.
  2. Go to your Profile section.
  3. Tap on Settings (or the Edit Profile icon).
  4. Select Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
  5. Confirm your choice. Your account and data will be removed immediately.

Option 2: Web Request Form

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Please send an email to: seviyodating@gmail.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email/Phone Number]

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name as it appears on your profile.
  • The email address or phone number linked to your account.
  • A brief statement confirming that you wish to delete your account.

 

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon receiving your request or performing the deletion in-app, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Profile Information: Your name, age, gender, and bio.
  • Photos: All uploaded profile pictures and private gallery images.
  • Interactions: Your likes, matches, and message requests.
  • Location Data: Any stored location history used for matching.
  • Messages: All private chat history will be erased.

Data Retention Policy

  • Immediate Deletion: Most data is deleted instantly upon confirmation.
  • Legal Exceptions: We may retain certain transaction records or logs only if required by law (e.g., for financial reporting or security purposes) for a limited period.
  • Backup Systems: Residual copies of your data may remain in our encrypted backup systems for up to 30 days before being fully overwritten.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you will lose access to all your matches and messages.
